20-160mm Plastic PP-R Pipe Extrusion Machinery/Extruder Machine
PP-R cold/hot water pipe production line is mainly used in house water supplying system, industry water conveying, compressed air transiting pipe with thick wall and different diameter.
The PPR pipe production line is mainly used to continously extrude all specifications of plastic pipe, cool bend pipes, and hoses such as PVC, PE, PP. This machine set is highly automatic in operation integrating extrusion, diameter difining, cutting, unloading. It features many advantages including excellent plasticizing, and long service.
The plastic pipes could be as water supply pipe, drain pipe, irrigation pipe etc.
1) Components: Extruding machine, vacuum spray shape fitting box, hauling off and cutting machine unit, stacking frame.
2) Uses Omron from Japan to control the whole line, automatically operating.
