PVC Transparent Soft Sheet Extrusion Production line

Main technical data:
Sheet width: 1220-1830mm
Sheet thickness: 3-40mm.

1. The screw is specially designed with mixing and plasticizing performance.The flat die-head adopt cloth-hanger structure with special runner design which enable sheet thickness adjustment more accurate.

2. Precise temperature control with allowance within ±1C helps to keep the finished sheet smooth, even and homogenous.

3. The tree-roller calander machine adopts large-diameter roller made of high rigid alloy, Which is adjusted automatically and durable.

4. Sheet thickness is adjustable, realized by adjusting die-head mouth and calander machine. Thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 4mm.

5. Three units of roller temperature controller control 3 rollers separately to realize precise adjustment. The cutting machine would cut finished sheet to set length automatically. The winder adopts high-torque motor. Speed and tension is variable to adapt production speed.
