1.Specially designed thermal oven
The machine is mainly used for stretching and heating of PET strap after forming. The heating speed is fast, which can complete the orientation stretching of PET strap fast and efficiently. Equipped with heating unit, automatic temperature control system and high-performance insulation layer

2.Casting water tank
The cooling tank is used to control the crystallinity of plastic, to ensure the elongation of the strip blank when drawing, the tank is made of 304 stainless steel, electric lifting adjustment.

3.Automatic Double-position servo winder
Used for strap winding, center automatically arranged winding. It consists of winding disk, winding core, transmission device, line arrangement device, frame, electrical control and so on. Friendly control interface and easy to operate

4.High-temperature melt pump
The unique designed high-temperature melt pump optimizes the process of material supply by controlling the extruding pressure and speed with computer, supplying material orderly. In this way, the pump ensures the constant and stable extrusion speed.
