Features :

The single wall corrugated pipe are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc.
(1)This production line has production capacity of churning out φ 16mm-φ 160mm PE pipe continuously with assembling the special high-speed single screw extruder, which is distinguishingly designs with co-extrusion die head, the production speed can reach 20m/min.
(2)Our company using advanced HDPE/PP pipes extrusion technology to develops this extrusion line. This line features compact structure, highly automation and stable performance.

Production Process:
Raw material + master batches→mixing→vacuum feeding →material dryness →single screw extruder→extrusion mould→Forming machine→Air cooling→Cutting device→Stacker
Our Production Line will be packed in wooden cases. Plastic packing inside and the wooden case outside, also can adapt to other requirements.
