PP-R, PE pipe machine adopts Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding
PP-R, PE pipe production line have the folllowing good feactures:
Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.
Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
Specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.
Producing pipe limit from 16mm to 160mm, manufacture velocity up to 16 m/min.
It is used to produce HDPE silicon core tube, ordinary PP-R, PE and PEX pipes.
Low cost: The cost of nanometer & anti-virus pipe is merely increase 5-10% on the ordinary pipe basis.
The temperature controlling instrument is introduced from aboard. In addition, the vacuum pumpand traction engine of the auxiliary machines are quality products which can be maintained easily.
If changed certain screw and mould , this profile extrusion line can directly extrude foaming profiles.
It adopts inner and outer pipe separately co-extrusion technology to improve the adhesion strength among layers and to inset smoother surface of the pipe
The production line adopts the PLC control system and human-machine interface,easy to operate and with linkage function
roundness.
2. By adopting the process of co-extrusion in steps for inner and external tubes, binding strength between tubes is increased,
heat accumulation between tubes are avoided, hence, ensure a more smooth surface of both inner and external tubes.
3. PLC control system is adopted by this production line, it has friendly human-computer dialogue interface, easy to operate and
with interlock function.
This production line is used to manufacture aluminum plastic tubes and aluminum tubes. Laminated tubes will be formed in one step
by ultrasonic welding and Co-extrusion process. Such aluminum and plastic laminated tubes are widely applied for cold and hot city
water pipes and running pipes of acid, alkali, salt, other kinds of liquids, fuel gas, oxygen and compressed air etc.
