PP/PET Strapping Band Production Line/Packing Belt Extrusion Machine
Supported with suitable configurations, it is applicable for producing PP or PET strap. We have two configurations for selection: One for one piece of strap and the other for double straps.
PET production line for packaging belt is new equipment developed by our company, by combining the characteristics of our platics product trade, collecting advantages of the same type machines made in domestic and overseas markets and repeating paractise in production. The machine adjusts is conversion motor as power source. The mechanical transmission adopts soft connection. Its rotation is exact and smooth, saving power and low noise.
PET has advantsges such as good stiffness, high temperature resistant, its specific gravity is 1/5 the one of steel. It is mainly suitable for packaging for various trades.
The use of the product is convenient, it can adopt common steel fastening for connection. It also is suitable for various kinds of hand-operated of table packing machine and large auto-packing machine of enterprises. It adopts hot melting connection.
