Plastic PVC Window Profile Production Line/Extruder Machine

PVC profile production line is consisted of single screw extruder, vacuum forming table, drawing machine, plastic cutter, stacker.

This production is used to produce PVC door/window profile, elbowboard, the decoration panel, multi-hole wire-through pipe and other profiles. It main contents Plastic Loader, Extruder, Mould, Vacuum Calibration Table, Haul-off, Cutter and Stacker. It can produce different sections and thickness of profile by changing the type of machine and mould.

The door and windows profile is made of PVC powder. It is widely used as window and door profile, as well as decorative material. With modern technology and optimized design, it has the property of high output capacity, long life and plastic evently

This PVC window profile extrusion line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic door's and window's profiles and cross-section communication cable pipes, Aluminum-plastic composite profiles, etc. It has stable plastification, high output, low sheering force, long life service and other advantages.
