This pipe extrusion line is designed to be tailored to high quality PP and PE Singlewall Corrugated tube product and process requirements.
Corrugated Pipe Extruder is made of super quality steel. The module connection is set in the closed machine cavity. The inner and outer side of corrugated pipe is even and smooth.
Our special designed screw and special structure mould can protect the screw and barrel from easy-abrasion and give an easy forming process.
The forced cooling system can enhance the quality and capacity of product. Corrugated pipes are widely used for wire sleeves, auto, home and medical appliances.
1.Treat PVC, PP, PE as raw material to produce one-wall corrugated pipe with small aperture
2. Once moulding with relevant matrix, corrugation is even and smooth
3. Wire, cable gland, drainpipe, dust-catcher pipe and ventilation pipe for washing machine.
4. Well-developed automotive line with the below of φ4-6.7mm and other small caliber to fill the demestic gaps.
