1) Die design is based on flow simulations on our computer, flow analysis and experience, that leads to excellent flow characteristics. Original runner way stain technology to provide prerequisite for high-speed extrusion.
2) High precision positioning pin design guarantees accurate plate assembly. Runner system and profile inner cavity are mirrored and polished to make the products more bright.
--UPVC Profile Calibrator:
High cooling speed low hauling resistance to supply exact security for products calibration.
--UPVC Profiles Water/vacuum tank:
1) Newly designed water/vacuum tanks supply vacuum and cooling water
2) High quality materials and unique design ensures high efficient cooling and proper seal to maintain constant water and vacuum supply in the tank
3) Self adjusting templates guarantee final sizing of profile
4) Tank material available: Plexiglas or fiberglass
5) High-sealing vacuum water tank of PVC window mould adopts floating setting design, able to adjust automatically.
