The machine(Single Screw Extruder/Single Screw Plastic Extruder Machine SJ Series) is mainly used for extruding PE, PP-R, ABS and other thermoplastic plastics. It is equipped with relevant molds and auxiliary machinery to form a production line to produce all kinds of plastic products.

The charging barrel heating and cooling:
It adopts air cooling system and ceramic belt type heater to precisely control the temperature. Only middle air flow can cool cupper heat radiation sheets which are specially designed and produce high thermal conductivity. It can ensure precise melt temperature. Its noise is very low.
