This production line adopt specifically designed conical two screw extruder, mainly used in produce building templates, wide door panel, cabinet board, indoor and outdoor decorative material. Chose different specification conical twin screw extruder equipped with relevant vacuum calibration table, tractor, cutter and discharge shelf auxiliary machines. Equipped with large forced cooling facility ensure the forming effective of door panel. Main engine extrusion can up to 600 kg per hours to 1250kg per hours.

Aterpillar tractor use precise reducing motor and frequency converter with rational constructional, large traction and stable traction features.
