Process flow:

PVC powder + additive + mixing + feeder + twin screw extruder + mould and calibrator + vacuum forming machine + haul-off machine + cutting machine + discharge rack

Application:

It is mainly used in the agricultural water supply and drainage, water supply and drainage construction, cable supporting, thickness of PVC plastic pipe, The lines have conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming device, traction machine, cutting machine, stacker frame and so on, Extruder, vacuum shaped tank, and haul-off machine motor produce high-quality products, haul-off machine have two-claw, three claw, and four claw, six claw, the cutter use knife-raised cutter or planetary cutter. And the stacker take into account length, production line is reliable performance, and high quality, we have exported to Kazakhstan, Brazil, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam etc.

Our PVC pipe extrusion machine has features of low energy consumption, high output, stable running etc.
The standard PVC pipe extrusion machine include: material feeder, SJSZ series conic twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker/automatic belling machine.
 

 This line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder,vacuum calibration tank,hau-off,motors cutterand stacker etc. The extruder and haul-off adopt imported AC frequency control device ,vacuum pump andhaul-off motors adopt high-quality products. The haul-off methods are two-claw ,three claw, four claw, six-claw,eight-claw, ten-claw, twelve-claw etc. 

      Our three-layer co-extruded PVC pipe has the following main features: 

      1.The intermediate interlayer can use recycled materials or foaming, which can effectively save raw materials and reduce production costs. 

     2. With R shape flaring machine,it can be design for U shape or others you need.   

     3.With four extruder,two SJ65 extruder,one SJ65 extruder,one small color mark SJ25 extruder.
