PVC Window Frame Extrusion Line/ Wood Plastic WPC Profile Production line

For the extrusion of window or door profiles, we recommend a machine line concept of SJSZ51 or SJSZ65 conical twin screw extruder, perfectly suited for the production of profiles, the profile width is from 180mm to 300mm.

This extrusion line is designed to be tailored to high quality PVC or WPC door and window profile product and process requirements. The product can be used in the building industry and home or office.

PVC profile extrusion line consists of spring feeder, conical twin screw extruder, die-head, vacuum calibration platform, haul-off & cutter, stacker.

Screw screw surface is processed with polishing treatment and embedded with self protective system: protecton of motor and pressure protective of screw.

Extruding capacity increase 30% power save can be 20-30%. Long using life, high capacity and stable working as well as supper plastisizing are the main characters of the line.

Change the moulds to produce many kinds of different PVC or WPC profile products.
